1) Who we are

RawDot ("RawDot" or the "App") is provided by Cybernetica Ltd ("we", "us").

2) Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3) Relationship to Apple's terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable end user license agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store apps, Apple's required terms control.

4) The App

RawDot provides focus training using on-device face/eye tracking. Features may change over time.

5) Permissions and device requirements

Certain features require access to your device's camera for face/eye tracking. If you do not grant camera access, those features will not function.

6) Subscriptions and purchases

  • Billing: If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, Apple processes billing through your App Store account. We do not receive your full payment details.
  • Entitlement: The app may receive subscription status (for example, active/inactive) from Apple to unlock premium features.
  • Auto-renewal: If enabled for your App Store subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, its security, or its related systems.
  • Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8) Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Cybernetica Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The App is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybernetica Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the App.

11) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

12) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
